This initial phase of the project includes preliminary studies of the site or property. We will find out more about you and your design ambitions for the project along with your timescales and budgets. We’ll work with you to build a detailed brief and identify your design preferences.
Concept Design is the beginning of the creative process. We’ll develop architectural layouts for your property as we begin to investigate finishes, design styles, and influences. We’ll create renders and early 3D models describing the volumetric aspects of the design.
The 3D Design stage involves creating three-dimensional representations of the proposed interior spaces virtually, allowing both clients and designers to visualize and refine the final design before proceeding to further stages.
With the design signed off, we move into the Technical Design stage where we prepare a coordinated, fully detailed technical construction pack for the project, including down-takings on refurbishments and all proposed new build details.
The production stage is a crucial phase where the design concepts and plans are brought to life. This process involves the implementation of all design elements, materials, and furnishings selected during the previous stages.
The execution stage focuses on turning the approved design plan into reality. This phase ensures practical implementation on schedule, with close supervision to deliver the project exactly as envisioned.
