This initial phase of the project includes preliminary studies
of the site or property. We will find out more about you
and your design ambitions for the project along with your
timescales & budgets, We’ll work with you to build a
detailed brief & identify your design preferences.
Concept Design is the beginning of the reative process. We’ll develop architectural layouts for your property as we begin to investigate finishes, design styles & influences. We’ll create renders and early 3D models describing the
volumetric aspects of the design.
3D Design stage involves designing three dimensional representations of the proposed interior spaces virtually,allowing both clients and designers to visualize and rectify the final design before proceeding to the
further stages.
With the design signed off, we move onto the Technical
Design stage where we prepare a coordinated, fully
detailed, technical construction pack for the project,
including down takings on refurbs and all the proposed
new details for the build.
The production stage is a crucial phase where the
design concepts and plans are brought to life. The
process involves implementation of all design elements,
materials, and furnishings that have been selected during the previous stages.
The execution stage involves turning the approved design plan into reality. This stage focuses on the practical implementation of the design concept on schedule and ensuring that the design is implemented as envisioned.
